Under the supervision of "BERTH COFFEE" located in Higashi Higashi , Tokyo , we serve coffee that brings out the natural sweetness and aroma of the beans. Please enjoy the coffee carefully brewed by our baristas.

The popular chocolate donuts may look simple, but they are carefully crafted to bring out the best in the ingredients. The homemade pudding, accented with a slightly bitter caramel, goes perfectly with coffee, as well as mellow white wine and whiskey.

In addition, simple yet delicious sweets made with seasonal fruits are constantly lined up in the showcase, so be sure to check them out.

At night, a warm, relaxing space awaits

During bar time, where light snacks and alcoholic drinks are available, guests returning from the day's sightseeing can enjoy conversation with hotel staff and interact with other guests, creating a lively atmosphere.

The bar offers snacks such as mixed nuts and jerky, as well as the homemade roast ham used for breakfast and a new menu item: marinated smoked salmon. The hearty croque monsieur is also popular.
